I S O 9 0 0 1:2000 CERTIFICATION 2 0 0 0 It is only through a careful and meticulous consumer oriented development policy, that we have been able to achieve ISO 9001:2000 quality certification and the IFS and BRC certifications for hygiene-sanitary standards. Our unfailing attention to the specific needs of consumers has led us to develop a range especially for celiacs, that is distinguished on the market by a crossed out ear of wheat, a conformity mark developed by the AIC (Italian Association for Celiacs).

Numbers, codes and abbreviations are indelible signs that say everything about our product and contribute to its unforgettable quality. A tattoo from the farm indicates its region of origin, whilst a number and letter identify the month of birth of the pig. The abattoir can be traced through an alphanumeric branding mark. A signature shows the day, month, and year of processing, and the DOP abbreviation. A further symbol indicates the producer. We are deeply proud of our efforts in this area as well as our involvement in the innovative TRAXAL system, an indispensable tool that enables us to control and trace each single processing phase. In this way nothing is left to chance. Perfection is based on the guarantee of quality and we offer both, working to bring satisfaction to both the consumer and those involved in the creation of the product.

Through a program that has been developed with the Health Authority and documented at each stage, we guarantee maximum transparency as well as our commitment to current regulations.
